Mulagumoodu
Mulagumoodu, also spelt Mulagumudu, is a small town in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Spanning about nine sq km, it is bounded in the south-east by Keelkulam and in the north-east by Kothanalloor (Kothinallur.) Padmanabhapuram Palace, Sanguthurai Beach, Manavalakurichi, Colachel Port, Kanyakumari, Muttam and Nagercoil are nearby tourist spots.
Accommodation facilities are available at Nagercoil. The nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport. Kuzhithurai Railway Station and Nagercoil Junction Railway Station serve the town. Mulagumoodu can be approached by road from Nagercoil and Kuzhithurai. National Highway 47 passes through the town.
